STUDIO complaints procedure
STUDIO is governed by the Australian Subscription Television and Radio Association (ASTRA) Subscription Broadcast Television Codes of Practice 2007. The Codes of Practice set out general programming standards and the complaints handling code.
Complaints can be made by phone or in writing. In some circumstances you may be asked to put your complaint in writing, for example where it concerns a complex matter.
STUDIO will make every effort to deal with complaints within the shortest practicable period from the date of receipt of the complaint.
If you have not received a response within 5 days, or you are not satisfied with the response to your complaint, you may refer the complaint to the Australian Communications and Media Authority.
