This October STUDIO and online creative network The Loop are giving four Australian artists the chance to bring their ideas to life on national television with the CREATE STUDIO Competition.
We’re searching for Australia’s talented artists, creatives and big-thinkers to dream up new 30 second brand spots for the channel. The concept must bring the STUDIO logo to life through art or design.
Entries are open from 2 – 31 October and everyone is invited to take part; from animators, to photographers, to street artists and sculptors.

The Judging Process
A judging panel will select a shortlist of entrants to present their concept. This will either be in person or if you are interstate, via a conference call – we want to hear more about your idea.
Four finalists will be chosen to continue on and work with a dedicated STUDIO Production Manager to make their idea a reality. STUDIO will cover the production costs for the four finalists, so no artist will be left out of pocket.
All four finalists will receive $1000 prize money and will be profiled on The Loop and on STUDIO – both on-air and online. The judging panel will choose one final winner who will be awarded $10,000 and a still frame from their promo will be featured on a Kings Cross billboard.
The final winner will also have the chance to take part in an exclusive mentorship program – matched to their skills and interests.
How to Enter
Tell us how you plan to bring the STUDIO logo to life in a 30 second brand spot (television commercial) and how you would execute it for under $5000. Attach your resume, submit your entry and your idea could be chosen and produced for national television.
